DELIVERY POLICY

The Product Delivery Policy below forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Use.

We deliver our products all over Brazil through the post office, and in the city of São Paulo we offer the immediate delivery service through motoboy. For the rest of the world we use the Exporta Fácil system, also from the post office.

The delivery time for an order is related to its zip code, varying according to the region and the type of transport selected by the customer. This period starts counting from the payment confirmation (and not the day of purchase), usually 2 (two) business days for payments made by credit card or up to 5 (five) business days for bank slips.

Our delivery is made from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Shipping is calculated automatically by our system, depending on the weight calculation, the delivery location and the total amount of your order, according to the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.

From your zip code, the system informs you of the shipping options available to your region.

There are four delivery options available through our system:

  1. PAC (Correios) - Shipping value varies according to the region, delivered within 10 business days.
  2. Sedex (Correios) - Shipping value varies according to the region, delivered within 03 working days.
  3. Express (Courrier - only for deliveries in São Paulo/SP) - Shipping cost varies according to the region, made on the same day.
  4. Pick up at the Store - With no shipping cost, the customer can pick up their order at any time from our store, according to our opening hours – Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm | On Saturdays, from 2 pm to 6 pm.

For orders over R$500.00, the standard shipping option for Free Shipping is through the PAC service of Correios.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track the delivery process.

Delays in delivery are not Cisô's responsibility.

These can be caused by:

- Strike or delay in the Mail or means of transport;

- For reasons of force majeure such as natural accidents, general strikes and/or any other similar ones;

- Delivery failures due to absence of the customer at the informed address, change of address or incorrect or incomplete registration address;

In specific cases such as withholdings by tax authorities as a result of pending issues on the part of the Customer, Cisô will immediately inform you of the situation, being, however, exempt from the duty to deliver, since the Products can only be released by the competent authority upon the Customer's attendance.

Any changes to deadlines, costs and delivery methods will be duly informed to the customer.

PRE-SALE POLICY

Pre-sales are an alternative purchase that differs from immediate delivery, where the customer “reserves” products in advance, even before they go out on the market. When the product is released in our store and stock, it will be shipped to the respective customer.

HOW DOES PAYMENT FOR PRE-SALE PRODUCTS WORK?

All pre-sale products have a partial value (50% of the value of the piece), where payment must be made to guarantee your reservation. Our pre-sales will never have full value. In a pre-sale purchase there are two payment steps, the first installment being the partial amount (50%) plus shipping and the second installment (50%) the remaining amount, paying in full as soon as the product is ready to be shipped .

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE SENT?

Your product will only be dispatched after confirmation of payment of both installments. After confirmation and arrival of the product in our store, we take 24 hours to dispatch the order. Pre-order products can take up to 30 days to arrive in our stock.

RELEASES

In the pre-sale mode, products are sold even before their launch. We work to meet the best deadlines.

CANCELLATION OF PRE-SALES PRODUCT PURCHASES

Cancellation can be carried out at any time, requesting it through the SAC channels, such as telephone, WhatsApp and email, atendimento@cisoatelier.com. Only in this purchase modality, the reservations of parts made in our production are differentiated, that is, for the return of the money, the customer must manifest himself within 7 days for the reversal to be carried out according to the return rules. After this period, if the customer cancels the purchase, the amount of the first installment will be converted into credit so that it can be used to purchase any item in the store, for prompt delivery.
